How does the waitlist work once membership capacity is reached?
Prestige Auto Experiences caps total membership at 50 members to preserve exclusivity, vehicle availability, and service quality. Once capacity is reached, new applicants are placed on a formal waitlist and considered in order of application date. Priority consideration is given to applicants referred by existing members. Waitlist members will be notified directly when a position becomes available.
How does the referral process work?
Referrals from existing members carry significant weight in the application review process. If you have a relationship with a current Prestige member, we encourage you to note this on your application. Referred applicants receive priority consideration over standard waitlist applicants when a membership position opens.
How are driving points allocated and when do they reset?
Driving points are allocated monthly based on your membership tier — 20 purchasable points for Lifestyle, 50 included for Performance, 100 for Founders, and 180 for Corporate. Points reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional points may be purchased at the per-point rate specified in your membership agreement. Corporate members' additional point purchases are managed directly through their concierge.
What does the onboarding process look like for new members?
Once your application is approved and initiation fee and first month's dues are received, you'll receive a personalized onboarding session at the clubhouse. This includes a guided orientation of all amenities, an introduction to the vehicle fleet, a walkthrough of the reservation platform, and a meeting with your dedicated concierge contact for Founders and Corporate members. You'll be driving within your first week.
