Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, including our website, clubhouse, golf simulators, racing simulators, our vehicles, and any related products or services. By making a reservation, selecting a vehicle, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Member Eligibility
To be a member, you must:
- Be at least 25 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Provide a valid major credit card.
- Provide proof of valid automobile insurance that meets Florida's minimum legal requirements or purchase any required coverage offered by Prestige Private Risk, LLC, if available.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any membership or vehicle reservation if these requirements are not met.
2. Reservations & Payment
Reservations may be made by phone or through any approved booking method offered by Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC.
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept most major credit cards.
All reservations are subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined below.
3. Vehicle Use
During the driving period, the member agrees to:
- Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allow only authorized drivers approved by Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, to operate the vehicle.
- Return the vehicle in substantially the same condition in which it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
- Return the vehicle with the agreed-upon fuel level.
The member is financially responsible for any damage, loss, towing, impound fees, traffic violations, or other expenses incurred during the rental period.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental amount.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the scheduled return time may be subject to additional rental charges and applicable late fees.
If you anticipate being late, please contact Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes, extensions are not guaranteed.
6. Insurance & Liability
The member must provide proof of valid insurance before taking possession of the vehicle unless alternative coverage is purchased through Prestige Private Risk, LLC, if available.

Unless prohibited by law:
The member assumes responsibility for any loss of or damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must notify Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, immediately and promptly report the incident to law enforcement when required by applicable law.
Failure to timely report an accident or cooperate with insurance investigations may result in additional liability.
7. Security Deposit & Damage
A security deposit may be authorized or held on the member's payment method prior to pickup.
The deposit may be used to cover, including but not limited to:
Vehicle damage
- Excess cleaning fees
- Missing equipment
- Fuel shortages
- Traffic violations or tolls
- Administrative fees permitted by law
Any remaining balance of the security deposit will be released after the vehicle has been inspected, subject to your financial institution's processing times.
8. Clubhouse & Simulator Use
Guests using our clubhouse, golf simulators, racing simulators, or other recreational equipment agree to:
- Follow all posted safety rules and instructions provided by staff.
- Use equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
- Be financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional misconduct.
- Conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward staff and other guests.
Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises without refund for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in driving simulators, golf simulators, recreational activities, and vehicle rentals involves inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, facilities, website, or rental vehicles. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Modifications to These Terms
Prestige Auto Experiences, LLC, reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise being made available to customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
